    Accordingly, this work aims to suggest an alternative teaching methodology that helps to achieve superior results and innovative development of the English class, it is noteworthy that this work is original and it is believed that teaching materials designed to improve learning basic English grammar because it is applicable in the students design an interactive CD based on the grammar book project CRADLE "OUR WORLD THROUGH ENGLISH" for the tenth year students of Basic Education for the purpose of leveling procedures education. To this, the proposal was mentioned in the descriptive research because it seeks to specify the properties, characteristics and profiles of important individuals, groups, communities or any other phenomenon yet to undergo analysis, and is based on guidelines questions. The enforceability and functionality of the methods and techniques that were used, allowed to obtain certain knowledge of the real situation based on the theoretical basis, the same also being founded on that was based on bibliographical sources. The validity and the dependability of such were established under the support of the support of the applied instruments with the purpose of obtain the interest in directors, teachers and students. This result serves for future researches and applications in other educational institutions in the province, because it was a contribution

    Nowadays, society worries about the crisis the educative systems faces, and since we are active members of it, we have a need to do the research work has been seen, whose major goal is to improve one of the problems the affects the quality of education, and particularly in the institution under research. Therefore, it will contribute to the Technical - English learning process. The chosen theme is design of an annual - teaching plan and elaboration a teaching guide that contributes to the development of abilities to the learning of English applied to the students of "Ramón Barba Naranjo" Technological Institute high - school modality in Latacunga. The work is focused on the development of the abilities necessary to learn a foreign language, considering several methods, techniques and activities that education requires currently, which will allow the students to take part in the professional field. One of the major objectives of the proposal is to improve Technical English teaching which undoable will reinforce the educational system at the "Ramón Barba Naranjo" Technological Institute, optimizing the quality of education that is given in such institution. The proposal is based on the elaboration of a Teaching Guide and the design of An Annual - Teaching Plan as helping tools for teachers as well for students, which will meet their expectations, needs of objectives. It contains data related to the results obtained from the research such data constitutes the corner stone of the present work.

    This investigative work pretends that students engage in the use of the audiovisual material, understanding and putting in practice all the wit activities that this useful tool put forth in the teaching learning process. When audiovisual aids materials are used intelligently, they can promote the most effective kind of learning, in adults as well as children, in college as well as grade school, everywhere. Taking into account that audiovisual aids are considered as a massive communicational tool, Every people can make the past come alive; make the present a rich experience instead of a meager one. We can help the farm boy to understand the city boy, the economically favored to communicative with economically deprived. People distant in space- continent apart- can be helped to see how much they have in common. So, the attention-getting power of audiovisual material pretends developing continuity of thought, thanks of their ability to stimulate interest and their simplicity combine to help the student think consequently about a subject presented in this concrete way. Also, it adds highly useful variety so if people work developing the multiple intelligences, using it students do not matter what kind of them can conquer many important goals that the curriculum would have.

    In Ecuador, being a Spanish-speaking country, the English Language is a foreign language that presents difficulties in the psychological process of learning and communication, so we can say that each person has different ways of learning which may be the cause of the non-progress of their skills for expressions in a foreign language. Each institution is different, each group of students is different. Students learn with various strategies and among groups of students there are different levels of learning progress. In a school year, students have to be able to express their ideas in a way that is clear and understandable to the rest of their classmates. The English language study curriculum is not prepared according to the needs of the students, so it is necessary to complement it with grammatical structures that are understandable for those who are the recipients of the knowledge, giving them greater ease of learning. in it The existing problems in learning the English language are those that are captured by the students, but their ideas cannot be transmitted orally or in writing, giving rise to subsequent problems in learning the foreign language, so the detection of teaching problems will be carried out. Language learning and synthesis covers the following problem: Analysis of writing problems in learning English in the tenth year of basic education in three central schools in the city of Latacunga.
