Find out the frequency with which DOBE Officials, that is, VOCATIONAL COUNSELERS, work on other activities, as well as know the number of students they could serve individually and in what adequate infrastructure conditions for them to develop creativity. The work is structured primarily with theoretical knowledge of what creativity involves, noting concepts from different authors, as well as the ways of measuring or evaluation parameters. Then I present general aspects about Vocational Guidance; its importance, concepts and the legal framework. After reading this work, I request to present criticisms or comments that can be considered in this work.

Each institution is different, each group of students is different. Students learn with various strategies and among groups of students there are different levels of learning progress. In a school year, students have to be able to express their ideas in a way that is clear and understandable to the rest of their classmates. The English language study curriculum is not prepared according to the needs of the students, so it is necessary to complement it with grammatical structures that are understandable for those who are the recipients of the knowledge, giving them greater ease of learning. in it The existing problems in learning the English language are those that are captured by the students, but their ideas cannot be transmitted orally or in writing, giving rise to subsequent problems in learning the foreign language, so the detection of teaching problems will be carried out. In the first chapter we present basic preliminary concepts on Methods and Techniques, with which we can have notions of methodology of the learning teaching of the English language. In the second chapter we develop the Methods and Techniques with their steps to continue to make a more dynamic class. In the third chapter we detail an analysis of each one of the research made, so much teachers as students of the institution. As for the data obtained in the research to teacher they have knowledge of Methods and Techniques, while the interviewed students ask their teachers develop the hour more dynamic class with Methods and Techniques according to the knowledge level. Our work is about Proposal Alternative for the use gives a methodology in order to optimizing the level of knowledge it gives of the teachers and students in the teaching learning give reading and writing through the use the global method ."The work that is synthesized of the following way. Firstly it begins with the theoretical foundation where leaves from the knowledge of the method a determination of the methodology; what understands the active significant learning as well as to go into in the pronunciation with their specific phases, in tonic accent and the intonation. The theoretical foundation of the investigation was based on the cultural historical focus in which the learning becomes a social activity. They were also applied as technical of investigation surveys directed to the students, as well as you interview to the educational of the Center of Languages. With those results it was determined that the module at the moment employee doesn't fulfill the mission of the UTC, of forming the cultural identity in the student, since the module approaches information it has more than enough customs of North America. The module designed by the investigators contains activities related with the four abilities, space to develop the writing, vocabulary with its respective definition, grammar of easy assimilation, without forgetting the presentation of graphic full color that it motivate the reader. The work is focused on the development of the abilities necessary to learn a foreign language, considering several methods, techniques and activities that education requires currently, which will allow the students to take part in the professional field. One of the major objectives of the proposal is to improve Technical English teaching which undoable will reinforce the educational system at the "Ramón Barba Naranjo" Technological Institute, optimizing the quality of education that is given in such institution. The proposal is based on the elaboration of a Teaching Guide and the design of An Annual - Teaching Plan as helping tools for teachers as well for students, which will meet their expectations, needs of objectives. These aspects have only been theory, nowadays; it is emphasized in a practice. The main objective is: to elaborate a Strategic Guide based in the Critical Propositive Paradigm, to develop the English basic skills at "9 de Octubre School" in Pujilí. In the continuous improvement searching, it has been carried out a monitoring of the necessities, weaknesses and several inconveniences have been identified; starting from a participative process, there were different factors that impede the systemic development in the English learning as a new language. En tal virtud se creyó conveniente realizar el presente trabajo. El objetivo de esta investigación es el de dotar a los maestros y estudiantes de una herramienta que permita desarrollar las destrezas productivas y receptivas del idioma Inglés, mediante la elaboración de una Guía que permita alcanzar conocimientos críticos y reflexivos. El presente trabajo consta de contenidos científicos relacionados con los métodos y técnicas de aprendizaje y que pueden ser aplicados en la enseñanza del inglés Además se realiza el análisis de los resultados obtenidos con la aplicación de las encuestas y entrevistas, por medio de cuadros de tabulaciones y representaciones estadísticas para, sobre la base los mismos establecer las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones. - ItemAudiovisual material design methodology based on the book Cradle Project ´Our world through English´ for English language teaching for students in the third year of basic education Education Unit San José La Salle / (Registro nro. 2054)(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi:( UTC), 2007-08-27) Toscano Borja, Santiago Xavier; Cueva, MarthaThe development of communication skills, using English as a foreign language, represented a climactic problem in the educational environment at "Educational Unit San Jose La Salle." The failings of the institution and the dissent between docents and students became more noticeable with each day, given the total lack of practical language application in real situations. It was sought then to verify the achievement of domination of the four English language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) through the application and utilization of audiovisual material. For this reason, the primary research objective consisted in evaluating the different levels of student progress in the development of the aforementioned English language skills by way of designing audiovisual material based on the methodology of the Project Book CRADLE "OUR WORLD THROUGH ENGLISH for third year of Basic Education with the ultimate goal of standardizing the didactic processes. In order to achieve this objective, the proposal was supported in a qualitative investigation, given that it focuses a real problem that affects a social group and is founded in guideline questions. The enforceability and functionality of the methods and techniques that were employed, allowed to obtain a knowledge of the real situation supported by a theoretical basis, the same also being based on bibliographical sources. The validity and dependability of such were determined under the support of the applied instruments with the assurance of increasing subject interest in administration, teaching staff, and students alike. This result serves as a basis for future projects and applications of this research in other Ecuadorian educational institutions, given that it represents a contribution with the potential to elevate the quality of education found in "Educational Unit San Jose La Salle," of the city of Latacunga.

It identifies one of the principal problems that currently cross the schools in the Cotopaxi province between them is Dr. "Camilo Gallegos Dominguez" High School, the use of Our World Through English book edited by CRADLE Project, as the only tool to work within the teaching-learning process. Therefore this research work aims to provide a new tool, which will allow to the third year students of Dr. "Camilo Gallegos Dominguez" High School to get a better learning and development of the four skills with the use of the interactive didactic Cd. since it contains interactive activities that permits the students catch the information in a better way, already one of the advantages that the Cd. offers is an easier manage, besides the students can allow with the teaching from your house or in a computer center. For designing the Interactive Didactic CD. was applied different surveys to authorities, English teachers and the third year students of High School. That information facilitated the development of activities in accordance with suggestions from them. The same will contribute to the teaching-learning process. Into Chapter I. is based theorical and scientifically about the proposal, the Chapter Il presents the results and analyze of surveys of the authorities, teachers and students of the institution. In Chapter Ill presents the Interactive Didactic CD. learning activities based on Our World Through English book NO 6, which consists of twelve units, with interactive learning activities to help students and teachers to better learning. This proposal is expected to contribute to the smooth functioning of the four language skills, in the third year students.

The survey was applied to the students and teachers of the English major since each group contributed information according to their experiences in the inter-learning process related to the class. The results obtained determine the need to create a supporting text of ESP focused on vocabulary in four specific areas that are: Accounting, Medicine, Electricity and Computing to facilitate and improve the lexicon in vocabulary learning; Therefore, the proposal is presented below, which was developed taking into account the multiple needs that students have regarding the subject, directly benefiting students and teachers in mastering the required vocabulary.

With the evolution of the Science and technology, teachers began to use different types of extra materials called audio visual aids to get a direct improvement in teaching-learning process of a foreign language, especially English to reach standards of quality. Education is the science and art where ideas, skills and techniques are developed on the human beings and they constitute the basic propeller for the development to get good results inside the personal and family level, overcoming the differences that society has imposed. Due to the necessities and taking profit the advance of science and technology, a multimedia laboratory is proposed in this work. The laboratory will serve as a new active and participative technique to improve the English teaching-leaming process in the Ecuadorian professional training service The main objective is to improve the levels of language acquisition and interaction between the student and the teacher by means of using different materials such as videos, CDs, programs in English where some kinds of exercise about pronunciation, reading, writing, and listening are carried out. This is important because the students are active permanently and ready to interact with the computer, increasing their participation during classes. So leaming will be relevant.

The problem that guided the investigation was: As it impacts the migration of the family parents in the school desertion of the children of the school, Agustín Vega of Lorenzo of the community of Tigua Boy Hill?. The results that they come off of this study they show that the consequences of the problem of the migration are mainly the lack of communication, low yield, lack of collaboration, conflicts in the human relationships, do I abandon, the children's sadness, family disintegration. The possible solutions to avoid the migration are: stable economy, campaign of information of the migratory phenomenon, special attention to the niños/as of emigrant parents. Starting from that exposed it is recommended to the States to structure immigration programs adopted by the countries that allow their full integration in the welcome countries, to facilitate the family reunification and to promote an atmosphere of harmony and tolerance, the preventive direct intervention of the families in previous phases and initials of the migratory process, in those that has been detected possible circumstances of risk of family disintegration, desertion school, low academic yield, among others.

No discussion at this point, good spelling is the basis of a well-written text and has to take into account that in most cases, we communicate in writing. The spelling problem is not just a school problem, goes further, belongs to life: letters, applications, instances, research papers, court orders, written police reports, among others, everything is in writing. Everything should be impeccable, as far as spelling is concerned. It is true that today's processors incorporate spelling tools, but sometimes not enough. To carry out research Longitudinal procedure was used to make close monitoring of the phenomenon, which allowed us to determine the causes of misuse of spelling rules and their implications in the management and use of the Castilian tongue. The study universe consisted of 2 lestudiantes sixth and seventh years and 3 Basic Education School Teachers "Andrés Toaquiza" Cashapata community, parish Guangaje Region Pujilí province of Cotopaxi. Because the universe is small survey was applied to all students and teachers. The general objective was intended to achieve through this research was: Design and implement a directory of educational games to teach spelling rules to students of the Sixth and Seventh Year Basic Education School "Andrew Toaquiza" Cashapata community, parish Guangaje Region Pujili Cotopaxi province, during the academic year 2009-2010, the same that fell the following specific objectives: I. Analyzing the main theoretical basis for determining the importance of teaching the spelling rules for children in the sixth and seventh years of basic education. 2.
