This research is aimed primarily at enhancing the teaching — learning of English for students in the "Juan Montalvo Fiallos" School through the application of a tourist guide in the Pujilí Canton, and a careful analysis of the different factors that motivate neglect of tourism in the canton, since there is no touristic guides that allow the dissemination of tourism in the Pujilí Canton and in other cantons, particularly in the students of the Municipal School in Sigchos. Analytical method was applied, synthetic, deductive inductive. As techniques, the survey that collects data that guided the design of the touristic guide from Pujilí Canton, as a teaching resource for teaching English. In addition, this guide may be used by tourists who visit the Pujilí canton and also those who are outside the country.
