    Critical Analysis of the methods and techniques used in the teaching of English as a foreign language in the eighth, ninth and tenth year of Basic Education in the Higher Technical Institute Victoria Vasconez Cuvi.

    The purpose of the present investigation has as main objective to make an Analysis Critic of the Methods and Techniques in the learning - teaching of the English Language, since the teachers have knowledge of this. In the first chapter we present basic preliminary concepts on Methods and Techniques, with which we can have notions of methodology of the learning teaching of the English language. In the second chapter we develop the Methods and Techniques with their steps to continue to make a more dynamic class. In the third chapter we detail an analysis of each one of the research made, so much teachers as students of the institution. As for the data obtained in the research to teacher they have knowledge of Methods and Techniques, while the interviewed students ask their teachers develop the hour more dynamic class with Methods and Techniques according to the knowledge level. This way in our fourth chapter we detail our proposal that understands to Optimize the Use of the Methods and Dynamic Techniques for the learning teaching of the English language. The same one that will be an employee for all the teacher of English's area so that the student develops the skills and it is him easy the learning of a second language.
