Abstract
The proposed topic is the result of the direct observation of what happens in the English Language Teaching Learning Process, as much in the country, as in the Cotopaxi province and in specific form in the Superior Technological Institute "Victoria Vásconez Cuvi" and the National Technical High School "Dr. Camilo Gallegos Dominguez" was reinforced with the direct investigation, based on the surveys carried-out with the teachers and students of the mentioned educational institutions. The results of the investigation were tabulated and show that the English Language Teaching Learning Process does not develop in the best way using the current methodology, if the student lacks the corresponding motivation and action to learn, for this reason, we presented this proposal.
