dc.description.abstractTaking into account that the understanding of our children s, is the treasure we have the nation for its, social, economic, political and cultural, the teachers must have the delicate task of driving the contents of students for procects in the targets achieved. This research has attempted to subtantiate the cultural elements in the children s fourth and fifth of basic education, in teaching and learning, will enable future men and women to identify their nationality. The aspirations of this group is for teachers to change the traditional ways of teaching, they shoul welcome the guidance that we suggest, is to connect the development of cultural components is a fctor of great importance in education especially in schools october 5. The weaknesses in evidence the children are becoming more visible, because there is no real development of the cultural element. By lack of awareness of cultural values that our cultures can produce significant, protejected that the real interests of the institution. This research work aims to apply the cultural components with children in fourth and fifth to renovate basic education needs of students though the application of cultural elements (music, dance, art.) to achieve this effect, mentioned work builds on research on real events that are in the natural and social environment backed by scientific questions. The validity and reliability is under the socialization of the cultural components to the effective assessment and spontaneous with the assurance that this Word will increase the interest of authorities, teachers, students, parents and community members, which will basic for futher work and therefore presents an interest to raise quality of education provided by Technical University of Cotopaxi, the city od Latacunga.
