| dc.description | The document management in every organization or institution is fundamental for its proper functioning and proper development. As an organization grows, its volume of documents also grows, therefore, time passes, documents accumulate and it becomes a difficult process to search an old file or register a new one. That is why the main objective of this research is to make a Document Management Model through flow charts, which will detail step by step the documentary life cycle, which will be used in the direction of executive management secretariat career, and in this way it will let to improve the management and process of the documents that enter the different dependencies of the institution and leave the Directorate. The methodology used in the development of this research will help to expand knowledge; techniques such as interview and observation have been used, with their respective analysis, and the results were optimal because if a document management design was necessary, which generated conclusions and recommendations, this would solve the existing problem. The present research work consists of several elements such as: the problem tree, the flow charts, and the register of control and loan of documents document, that allowed the strengthening of the work carried out in the management. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La gestión documental en toda organización o institución es fundamental para su correcto funcionamiento y adecuado desarrollo. A medida que una organización crece, su volumen de documentos también lo hace, por ende, conforme pasa el tiempo los documentos se acumulan, convirtiéndose en un proceso difícil el hecho de buscar un archivo antiguo o archivar uno nuevo. Es por ello que el objetivo principal de la presente investigación es realizar un Modelo de Gestión Documental mediante flujogramas, donde se detallaran paso a paso el ciclo de vida documental, mismos que serán utilizado en la Dirección de la carrera de Secretariado Ejecutivo Gerencial, y de esta forma permitirá mejorar la gestión y el proceso de los documentos que ingresan de las distintas dependencias de la institución y salen de la dirección. La metodología utilizada en el desarrollo de esta investigación ayudara a ampliar los conocimientos; se ha utilizado técnicas como la entrevista y observación, con su respectivo análisis, y los resultados fueron óptimos debido a que, si era necesario el diseño de un modelo de gestión documental y a su vez generaron conclusiones y recomendaciones, así dar solución al problema existente. El presente trabajo de investigación consta de varios elementos como: el árbol de problemas, los flujogramas, el registro de control y préstamo de documentos, qué permitieron el fortalecimiento del trabajo realizado en la dirección. | es_ES |
