dc.descriptionThe present investigation was oriented to solve the following research problem: How to strengthen motivation in people with unfinished schooling during the teaching-learning process?; considering as a general objective: Develop a set of workshops to strengthen motivation in people with unfinished schooling during the teaching-learning process in the Vicente León Educational Unit Project "FAPT -TODOS ABC", to achieve this, the quantitative approach aided by the survey as a diagnostic tool. The elaboration of the set of workshops for the strengthening of motivation in people with unfinished schooling during the teaching-learning process was feasible from the criteria of specialists and users and the results obtained in practice allowed to corroborate its effectiveness in solving the problem. While it is possible to improve, interest in learning, average academic performance, class attendance, completion of learning tasks and the state of satisfaction with teaching-learning aspects associated with intrinsic motivation.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se orientó a resolver el siguiente problema de investigación ¿Cómo fortalecer la motivación en personas con escolaridad inconclusa durante el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje?; planteándose como objetivo general: Elaborar un conjunto de talleres para el fortalecimiento de la motivación en personas con escolaridad inconclusa durante el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Unidad Educativa Vicente León Proyecto “FAPT -TODOS ABC”, para lograrlo se utiliza el enfoque cuantitativo auxiliado de la encuesta como instrumento de diagnóstico. La elaboración del conjunto de talleres para el fortalecimiento de la motivación en personas con escolaridad inconclusa durante el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje resultó factible a partir del criterio de especialistas y usuarios y los resultados obtenidos en la práctica permitieron corroborar su efectividad en la solución del problema, en tanto se logra mejorar, el interés por el aprendizaje, el rendimiento académico promedio, la asistencia a clase, la realización de tareas de aprendizaje y el estado de satisfacción por la enseñanza aprendizaje aspectos asociados a la motivación intrínseca.es_ES
