dc.description.abstractThe development of the abilities of the communication, using English as foreign language, it represents an algid problem in the educational environment of the " Languages School of the ITSA". Their fails and the dissent of educational and students are since every more notorious day a practical application of the language it doesn't exist in real situations. It is for that reason that with the proposal of the present work it consisted on valuing the different levels of progress in the development of the mentioned abilities in the students through the elaboration of a Design of an Alternative of Evaluation of learnings of the four abilities of the English Language with the purpose to standardize the evaluation procedures and we can to take the necessary correctives on time. To achieve this effect, the one mentioned proposal was sustained in the qualitative investigation, since it focuses a real problem that affects to a social group and it is based in questions guidelines. The applicability and functionality of the methods and technical that are used they allowed to obtain a knowledge of the real situation based of course in the theoretical mark the same one that is based on bibliographical sources. The validity and dependability were certain under the support of the instruments that they were applied with the security of increasing the so much interest of directive, educational and students that it serves as base for future works and applications of the topic in other educational institutions of the country, since it represents a contribution that it wants that the education quality that is imparted in the to rise "Languages School of ITSA" of the Latacunga city.
