| dc.description | The present investigation was performed based on needs that "Su Centro Ferretero" had on hardware store maintaining adequate inventory control, by lack of knowledge quantitative and qualitative physical existence of the available merchandise, it was used as the survey data collection instruments, the interview and an observation sheet facilitated detects the causes of these shortcomings in the inventories management, for this reason establishes a methodology to carry out the physical taking of existing materials. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue realizada en base a un análisis de las necesidades que tenía la Ferretería “Su Centro Ferretero” de mantener un control adecuado de los inventarios de mercadería debido al desconocimiento de su existencia física y contable, en el cual se utilizó instrumentos para la recolección de información como la encuesta, la entrevista y una ficha de observación que permitieron detectar las falencias en el manejo de los inventarios, y por ende se establece una metodología idónea para llevar acabo la toma física de los materiales existentes.
