| dc.description | Currently, there are various versions of document management systems in the world, starting from a manually created record for handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, up to the most up-to-date computer systems that have been designed for the use not only of the administrative documentation, but also of the prioritization of the use of paper by replacing them with electronic formats, it is also important to mention that they have come to control the workflows in the process of processing important documentation handled by various entities, in turn capturing information from a production database, linking content from files, documentation centers, among others, which allow information to be retrieved from anywhere and searches quickly and optimally. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, existen en el mundo diversas versiones de sistemas para la gestión de documentos, partiendo desde un registro elaborado manualmente para el manejo de una correspondencia de entrada y salida, llegando hasta los más actualizados sistemas informáticos que se han ido diseñando para la utilización no sólo de la documentación administrativa, sino también de la priorización del uso de papel sustituyéndolos por formatos electrónicos, además es importante mencionar que han llegado a controlar los flujos de trabajo en proceso de tramitación de documentación importante que manejan diversas entidades, a su vez capturan información desde una bases de datos de producción, enlazando contenido de archivos, centros de documentación entre otros, que permiten recuperar información de cualquier lugar y realizar búsquedas de manera rápida y óptima. | es_ES |
