dc.descriptionThe present research deals the present situation in order to collect Money to the traders from Saquisilí Canton Municipal GAD, to use public places for economic activities in different squares and markets, in which it mention the different sales that involve in the process. Also it includes the methods, types, techniques and tools that allowed to develop the research, the methods used for the implementation of the proposal were the hypothetical deductive, synthetic analytical, scientific, inductive deductive and descriptive method, the research techniques that were used are the interview and survey in order to know the real situation of the issues and determine appropriate solutions.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación marca la situación actual del proceso de cobro a los comerciantes del GAD Municipal del Cantón Saquisilí, por el uso del espacio público para realizar sus actividades económicas en las diferentes plazas y mercados, en la cual se mencionan los diferentes agentes que influyen en el proceso. Además contempla los métodos, tipos, técnicas e instrumentos de investigación que permitieron desarrollarla, los métodos empleados en forma sistemática y ordena fueron: el método hipotético deductivo, analítico sintético, científico, inductivo deductivo y descriptivo, las técnicas de investigación empleadas son la entrevista y la encuesta con el fin de conocer la situación real de la problemática planteada y determinar las soluciones adecuadas para la misma.es_ES
