En su introducción se fundamentan la importancia del tema investigado y se establece la vinculación de éstos con la situación problemática, a partir de la cual se plantea su Objetivo que consiste en reformular la Planeación Estratégica por Objetivos Basada en Valores para el período 2010-2013 del Hotel.es_ES
