dc.descriptionInternal control is a very useful tool to evaluate and improve the performance of the functions of any business, company, on the other hand inventories is the set of goods or items that the company has for marketing, so it was proposed as an objective to design a manual of functions, policies and procedures for the area of inventories in the "Comercial Ventascorp S. A" in Quevedo canton because its business line depends on the efficiency and effectiveness of inventories for the development of this research information was obtained through the use of research techniques such as observation, interview with the general manager of which the respective SWOT analysis was performed to identify what is the current situation of the commercial and recognize its internal and external analysis in the same way the internal control questionnaire COSO I was applied from which it was identified that the commercial has some shortcomings in the area of inventories.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl control interno es una herramienta de gran utilidad para evaluar y mejorar el desempeño de las funciones de cualquier negocio, empresa, por otro lado inventarios es el conjunto de mercadería o artículos que posee la empresa para su comercialización, por lo cual se planteó como objetivo el diseñar un manual de funciones, políticas y procedimientos para el área de inventarios en el comercial “Ventascorp S.A” del cantón Quevedo debido a que su giro de negocio depende de la eficiencia y eficacia de inventarios para la elaboración de la presente investigaciones se obtuvo información mediante el uso de técnicas de investigación como la observación, la entrevista al gerente general de lo cual se realizó el respectivo análisis FODA para identificar cual es la situación actual del comercial y reconocer su análisis interno y externo de la misma manera se aplicó el cuestionario de control interno COSO I del cual se identificó que el comercial presenta algunas falencias dentro del área de inventarios.es_ES
