dc.descriptionThe investigation focuses on a safety plan whose main purpose is to provide the worker with greater safety for their work with respect to physical and mechanical risks with this work, which is intended to guarantee and support the training and information of workers and employers on the principles, safety and health aspects that must be taken into account during the execution of the works and work to be carried out in the Maintenance Area of the Company "NINTANGA S.A." The presence of both physical and mechanical risk factors within the maintenance area causes injuries, permanent disability or death caused by work accidents, it is also the result of the lack of adequate management of Occupational Health and Safety.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa investigación se enfoca a un plan de seguridad cuyo principal propósito es brindar al trabajador una mayor seguridad para sus labores con respecto a los riesgos físicos y mecánicos con este trabajo lo que se pretende es garantizar y apoyar a la formación e información de los trabajadores y empleadores sobre los principios, aspectos de seguridad y salud que deben tener en cuenta durante la realización de las obras y trabajos a realizarse en el Área de Mantenimiento de la Empresa “NINTANGA S.A.” La presencia de factores de riesgos tanto físicos y mecánicos dentro del área de mantenimiento causa lesiones, incapacidad permanente o muerte producida, por accidentes de trabajo, también es el resultado de la falta de una gestión adecuada de la Seguridad y Salud Laboral.es_ES
