    In the Ecuador, numerous Cooperatives of Saving and Credit exist, institutions that have acquired non alone momentous importance for their work in their majority, but for the constant search of improving the quality of the inhabitants' life with guided actions every time to that but children sink to the culture of the saving. The recent investigation suggests the graphic conception of a cultural and ludic manual, which is carried out by financial institutions as the Cooperative of Saving and Credit "Virgin of the Swan" for developing the process formation of childhood, being the purpose to contribute with the reality of enriching the formative, creative culture that may contribute to fix in the children the imperious necessity for saving and to optimize resources to conform a way of acting consequent with the reality in Ecuador at the present time and also towards future projections that may lead to a growth like human beings. For that which is necessary to perfect the formation of the human potential in general and in particular the childhood, reason for which the present investigation work this structured of an introduction and two chapters that may approach in a general and serial way the search of the execution of the objectives layouts, as well as the strategy that intends to implement in the practice the graphic conception of a the ludic and cultural manual proposed. There are also conclusions, recommendations, bibliographical references and consulted bibliography that worked as relating theoretical and support to build the conceptual mark of the investigation and finally the annexes appear.
