    The objective of this study was to generate a strengthening and development contribution for the Marbles and Granites company “Mundo Exclusivo” in the city of Ambato. The comprehensive review refers to the analysis (SWOT) to identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, a PESTEL analysis of relevant factors. The methodology applied is characterized by a predominantly qualitative approach using a combination of techniques that allows understanding and exploring the experiences that people attribute to their realities, using a non-experimental design to observe and record the facts that occur in their natural environment, field research for interaction with the owner manager and administrative assistant, The results revealed that the company faced significant challenges, had resources and capabilities that could be enhanced, identifying critical areas for improvement, proposing specific strategies to strengthen operational efficiency and improve the quality of service. In conclusion, the strategic planning proposal reveals a comprehensive understanding of the market and affective strategies to analyze customer needs, but also identifies key challenges that the company must address to improve its operational efficiency and administrative management.
