The applied methodology included a review of bibliographic sources and a field study. The literature review was based on various sources, such as books, scientific articles, and reliable websites, which provided comprehensive information on human talent management and job performance. The field study consisted of direct data collection, which allowed obtaining first-hand information on the topic. The study used theoretical and deductive approaches, as well as statistical analyses. The deductive approach, which starts from a general premise to reach specific conclusions, helped address the lack of knowledge about the importance of human talent management in job performance. A relational approach was adopted to determine the relationship between human talent management and job performance. The research work included interviews with the owner and a census of the 20 employees, to collect information on their perceptions and attitudes about human talent management and job performance. As a result, it was determined that there is a relationship between human talent management and job performance. The analysis revealed deficiencies in the management of human talent at Porcilit S.A., especially in organizational strategy, current trends, and the need for a functional model, aspects identified as factors that contribute to the low work performance of employees. In this sense, a human talent management proposal was developed in the company Porcilit S.A. to improve work performance, presenting a model that seeks to increase the job satisfaction of collaborators and achieve significant improvements at the individual and organizational levels. It is recommended to guarantee the participation of the owner and those responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the human talent management plan, ensuring their commitment and support.
