    The changes and economic difficulties in the current globalized world have made that the company develops its productive process with the absence of objectives, plans, programs and projects without future vision, losing competitiveness in the industrial area market, it's for it that felt necessary to develop the design of a strategic planning for the company "IMCOCIG" that allows to improve its level of competitiveness in the construction market. The strategic plan will benefit directly to the company to improve its positioning, to the manager proprietor and its workers to assure its labor stability, and indirectly to customers and suppliers to minimize risks and maximize the success, keeping together the team that conforms the company to translate the mission, vision and strategies in tangible results, reducing the conflicts, fomenting the participation and the commitment of all the levels with the efforts required to make reality the future that we wants, through the application of a very important tool such as the Balanced Score Card, the same one that step by step describes the action lines to be executed, with the data transferred of the FODA analysis.
