The objective of this technological proposal project is to develop an innovative mobile application for the efficient control and management of pests in broccoli cultivation at San Antonio Farm, located in Poaló parish. This development uses advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities, combined with recommendation algorithms, to significantly enhance early detection and effective pest control. The implementation of this technological solution aims to impact the increase in agricultural productivity directly. The mobile application development process was held using the Mobile-D methodology, known for its agile and adaptive approach to mobile app development. For training the Artificial Intelligence model, the KDD methodology was applied, enabling the extraction of relevant knowledge from large volumes of data. Google Colab was used as the development platform, offering a flexible and scalable environment for data processing and model training. Regarding the app development, Flutter was used within the Visual Studio Code environment, allowing for seamless integration of the application's functionalities. Furthermore, the TensorFlow library, along with advanced MobileNetV2 techniques, was utilized to implement the Artificial Intelligence model on mobile devices, ensuring high performance and efficiency in pest recognition.
