Our work is about Proposal Alternative for the use gives a methodology in order to optimizing the level of knowledge it gives of the teachers and students in the teaching learning give reading and writing through the use the global method ."The work that is synthesized of the following way. Firstly it begins with the theoretical foundation where leaves from the knowledge of the method a determination of the methodology; what understands the active significant learning as well as to go into in the pronunciation with their specific phases, in tonic accent and the intonation. On the other hand, it was determined in the fact that it consists the gradation of contained as well as the didactic process for the Inter. learning of the reading and writing; without leaving it gives side the types the grammatical that it is utilizes in English as they are: The descriptive and prescriptive. Later on it was studied, analyzed and interpreted the required results of the applied surveys to the gentlemen professors and students of the tenth years of basic education of the fiscal schools the canton Salcedo. The applied surveys to teachers and students of the investigated schools ,permit to know that the teachers do not use adequate method and techniques in the teaching of the subject. Finally the methodological proposal is exposed for the teaching of the reading and writing taking in it counts the justification, the objectives, methods and foundations: philosophical, sociological, pedagogic, methodological and epistemological. In the reading we have the movement of the eyes, the visual and auditory determination as well as the pauses in the fixation give the look. Plus attentively stress is made in the foundation of the globalization as much in the reading as in the writing that gives the English language; especially in the writing the didactic process is revised of the same through the method audio- viso -motor-gnósico what allows a positive general vision gives the use of the global method in the teaching he/she gives English. This proposal put us in consideration for teacher and student in order to this application will be in direct benefit of the future generations. In our investigation we use national and international bibliography with internet's information in order to obtain the necessary help to arrive to our purpose
