The general objective is to enhance teaching innovation in the teaching of Cultural and Artistic Education of the Educational Unit "Province of Cotopaxi", located in the Pujilí canton, Cotopaxi province, school year 2023-2024. Regarding the methodology used, it is framed in the qualitative approach, with the inductive method whose type of research lies in descriptive and interpretive, the technique used was the interview and the instrument is the interview guide. Which allowed the collection of actions, perceptions, opinions and needs, in addition, it achieved the collection of information on the current state of teacher innovation in the teaching of ECA. The results of the diagnosis reflected that teachers require an adequate and equipped classroom to teach their classes, the results reflect limitations in the contribution of teaching materials by parents, in addition, a lack of equipment and strengthening of ICT is reflected. In light of this situation, the proposal called “Innovating with Cultural and Artistic Education teachers” is presented, which contains 4 strategies and 4 digital tools to improve the teaching of teachers. Finally, the present research work allowed to contribute to teaching innovation, which contributes to awakening the interest of students in class hours and to enhance the pedagogical skills of children that they need for their metacognitive development. On the other hand, innovation in ECA allowed to change reality and practice, being necessary to improve creativity, skills and capacities of the human being.
