    The application of clean energy generation technologies is focused on don't cause damage to the environment, which is an energy that someone can use and its remaining in irrigation system designs. For the development of this central peak; first, studies of energy potential at the site were conducted in different months in order to determine an average rate at which researchers can design and calculate the mechanical, electrical and water elements for the development of the small central. So, it is ensured that hydropower energy is sustainable and viable in the Andean highlands from Ecuador if these are developed with responsibly providing to users with a reliable and safe electrical system for the development of their daily activities focused on the good living.
