    Los incentivos y la productividad laboral de la Importadora Adrián Cía. Ltda., del cantón La Maná en el año 2024.

    This degree project analyzed the impact of incentives on labor productivity. The general objective was to analyze the impact of incentives on labor productivity in the Importadora Adrián Cía. Ltda. in the canton of La Maná, in the year 2024. The methodology used involved a bibliographic research and a field research. The bibliographic research was based on various sources, including books, scientific articles and reliable websites, which provided complete information on incentives and labor productivity. The field research involved direct data collection, which provided first-hand information on the topic of study. This work employed theoretical and deductive methods, along with statistical evaluation. The theoretical method supported the construction of a solid theoretical framework, data analysis and elaboration of conclusions. The deductive method, which starts from a general premise to arrive at specific conclusions, helped to address the lack of knowledge about the importance of incentives and labor productivity. A correlational approach was adopted to identify significant relationships between the variables “incentives” and “labor productivity”. In addition, surveys were used as a technique to collect data on employees' perceptions, attitudes and behaviors regarding incentives and their impact on labor performance. In the end, it is concluded that incentives play a vital role in the labor productivity of Importadora Adrián Cía. However, it is necessary to implement an effective incentive system, aligned with the needs of the company and its employees. Further research is recommended to deepen the knowledge of the factors that influence the effectiveness of incentives and to develop more appropriate incentive management models for Ecuadorian companies. The results of this study can be used by managers, researchers and consultants to improve human resource management.
