Food is fundamental part of survival people and try to prolong its consumption, it is an uncomplicated process but requires a lot of time and patience, however using the books, mechanical, electrical, electronics information, as well as the technology materials like tool in the market and with the essential imagination and knowledge authors inclusion can develop machines that replace the need to shorten the time of conducting the practice of food dehydration in the major. There are three chapters in this research work. The first one contains the basic concepts used in a dehydration process, and focuses the required parameters for designing different elements making up the machine to be built. Chapter two is an analysis of the results obtained in the opinion polls made to students and teachers who will be the direct beneficiaries of the research implementation. Chapter three contains all necessary steps for the building machine based on the functional requirements, material selection and designing of the necessary mechanical elements, additionally to this ending is attached tables that containing important information about the elements used in the building machine.
