    The accomplishment of this work has the intention to improve the quality of education starting of a present situation analysis in Public Central High School from Latacunga City also it has considered importance that it has to develop the four abilities of the English language. In view of exists a very training limited and it does not cover the necessities that teacher requires to establish the develop of four abilities of English language. It has needed to Design of a Continuous Training Booklet for English Teachers in Public Central High School Latacunga City. The authors compromise with the Educative community through "Cradle Project" which dictate advanced training courses to the English Teachers in order o apply this kind of training with the propose of improve the pedagogical interventions in the class. Besides the application of methodology strategies that guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness in the develop of the abilities and development of the Educational Process of the English language.
