    “Estudio del efecto de la aplicación en drench de biol enriquecido en durazno (Prunus persica)”

    This research was carried out at the CEASA-UTC experimental centre, in which a study was conducted on the effect of the drench application of enriched biol on peach (Prunus persica), a fruit tree that is valued for its flavour, colour and high-demand, and which has been a key fruit in Ecuadorian fruit growing for more than 40 years. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of three dosages of enriched biol T1 (150 ml), T2 (100 ml), T3 (50 ml). A completely randomised block design (CRBD) with four replications was used. The variables used for the research were: height increase, diameter increase and incidence of phytosanitary problems. The following results were obtained in the case of height, which was not statistically significant, i.e. it was observed that as the height of the plant increases from the base of the graft to the apex, the maximum increase in height was in the T2 treatment (100 ml) with a value of 5.43 cm, while the maximum increase in height was in the T2 treatment (100 ml) with a value of 5.43 cm, while for the variable diameter of the plant, the maximum increase in height was in the T2 treatment (100 ml) with a value of 5.43 cm, In the case of the evaluation, the cost of the enriched biol for a 160-litre tank is 136.89 dollars.
